Standard return window: 7 calendar days after delivery; EU orders enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, with original tags & packaging. Custom, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Submit returns via our dedicated return form or email support@snippet-furmatch.com. Unauthorized sent-back parcels will not be accepted.
We cover return shipping only for defective, damaged or wrongly delivered items. All personal-reason returns are at your own cost with no freight vouchers provided.
Damages from misuse, self-modification or accidents are not compensable.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your goods. If no refund arrives 15 working days after approval, email us for help.
