How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $100 USD qualify for free worldwide shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. During peak busy seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days, we appreciate your patience.
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time
Customs holds, weekends, public holidays and unexpected logistics delays are not included in the timeline.Processing Time: 3 business days (up to 5 business days in peak periods)
Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
Express Shipping: 6–8 business days
How can I track my order?
You may track your shipment via the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Once your package is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details for your reference.
Tracking data may take 1–2 business days to update online after dispatch.
What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel fails to arrive 60 days after shipment, please email our support team at contact@snippet-furmatch.com.
We will arrange a reshipment or issue a full refund for you.
What should I do if I filled in the wrong shipping address?
Please submit an address modification request within 12 hours after placing your order. You can leave a message on our Contact Us page or send an email to contact@snippet-furmatch.com.
We will reply and handle your request within 8–12 hours.
