1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Free Shipping Rule

Enjoy free worldwide shipping automatically with orders over $100 USD OR 2 or more items in a single order. No discount code required.

1.2 Shipping Processing & Delivery

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard international shipping takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination country and customs clearance. Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or logistics emergencies are beyond our control.

1.3 Customs & Import Duty

Buyers are responsible for local import taxes, duties and customs regulations of your country. We will not be liable for customs detention, return or extra fees caused by buyers’ non-compliance with local import rules.

2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility Period

We support returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days after order delivery. All return requests must be submitted via official email with order number, product photos and return reasons.

2.2 Qualified Return Conditions

  • Unused, unwashed, intact product with original packaging and tags
  • Defective products, wrong items or missing parts caused by our side
  • Damaged goods during transportation (provide real-time package photos/videos)

2.3 Non-Returnable Situations

  • Used, washed, worn or artificially damaged products
  • Damage caused by improper operation, pet biting or daily wear and tear
  • Returns exceeding the 7-day after-sales period
  • Free shipping orders that no longer meet free shipping criteria after partial returns (original shipping fee will be deducted)
  • Returns & exchanges for non-quality related issues (size, style, personal preference), all return shipping fees are borne by the buyer

3. After-Sales Service Guarantee

3.1 Product Quality Warranty

All our pet products (outdoor carriers, cooling outfits, bibs, hats, antibacterial rope toys, multi-functional leashes) are strictly inspected before shipment. Antibacterial toys adopt OEKO-TEX certified organic antibacterial technology, which retains antibacterial effect after repeated washing.

3.2 Professional Scene Support

Our products are specially designed for small, medium and large dogs, especially suitable for dachshunds and multi-pet families. We provide professional size selection guidance and scenario usage suggestions for IVDD protection, daily walking, outdoor travel and home entertainment.

3.3 Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on the payment platform and bank settlement rules. Refund amount is calculated based on the actual paid amount of the order.

4. Exchange Service

If you need to exchange size, color or style, please submit an exchange request within 7 days of receipt. For non-quality related issues (including but not limited to size mismatch, personal preference, unwanted purchase), buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover return shipping fees only for errors or quality issues caused by our side. We will arrange new product delivery after confirming the returned product is qualified.

5. Order Cancellation Rule

Orders can be cancelled for free before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not supported, and you can only apply for return after receiving the package.
