Pre-Order Size Guidance Reminder
We offer professional size guidance before purchase. A proper fit ensures your pet’s comfort and minimizes unnecessary returns or exchanges.
We provide a 7-day standard return window from the date of delivery. For EU orders, customers benefit from a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for free cancellation or returns without justification.
To be eligible for return, all items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and intact packaging. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required. Custom items, final sale goods and gift cards are non-returnable.
Initiate returns via our dedicated online return form or email: contact@snippet-furmatch.com. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will be rejected. You will receive an email notification once your return is inspected and processed.
Return shipping fees are only covered by us for quality-related issues, including defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items. All non-quality returns are at the customer’s own cost and do not qualify for shipping vouchers.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report any defects, damage or incorrect items to us immediately for support.
We do not cover damage caused by misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized modification or external accidental factors.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Bank processing delays may apply. For unresolved refunds after 15 business days, contact us at contact@snippet-furmatch.com.
