- Standard return window: 7 calendar days after delivery; EU orders enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, with original tags & packaging. Custom, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Submit returns via our dedicated return form or email support@snippet-furmatch.com. Unauthorized sent-back parcels will not be accepted.
- We cover return shipping only for defective, damaged or wrongly delivered items. All personal-reason returns are at your own cost with no freight vouchers provided.
- Damages from misuse, self-modification or accidents are not compensable.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your goods. If no refund arrives 15 working days after approval, email us for help.
